Job Description
Qualified is a rapidly growing B2B marketing platform built on Salesforce, offering a complete AI-powered Sales and Marketing platform. They are seeking a Manager of Business Systems to scale, secure, and innovate their revenue operations technology ecosystem, responsible for designing, architecting, and managing a complex tech stack including Salesforce and related integrations. The role requires a technical builder and strategic thinker capable of both technical work and stakeholder presentations.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in Business Systems, RevOps, and CRM Administration
- Salesforce expert (Admin, Advanced Admin, or Platform App Builder certification preferred)
- Deep experience with Salesforce architecture (Flows, Apex triggers, custom objects, integrations, APIs)
- Proficiency across core GTM tools (Outreach, LeanData, Domo, Gainsight, Clari, ZoomInfo, Gong)
- Strong documentation, communication, and presentation skills
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze and improve data pipelines, dashboards, and KPIs
