Data & Analytics Team Leader

We are looking for a Team Lead Data to lead a high-performance technical team, ensuring the delivery of scalable, reliable, and business-aligned data solutions.

Requirements

• Leading a high-performance technical team
• Design and implementation of pipelines, architectures, and data models
• Promoting good practices, quality standards, and collaboration between different areas of the Data ecosystem
• +5 years of experience in Data Engineer / Data Lead / Tech Lead roles
• Experience leading teams or technical cells, with a focus on coaching and delivery
• Advanced knowledge of SQL and Python
• Experience with orchestration and processing technologies
• Experience in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and associated services (Data Lake, Warehouse, Storage)
• Good understanding of Data Governance, Data Quality, and technical documentation practices
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in machine learning and predictive analysis is valued
