Job Description
Trusts & Estates Associate position available at a well-established law firm in Boston, MA. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of estate planning experience and be comfortable working with a diverse client base on complex estate, gift, and tax matters.
Requirements
- Draft and implement sophisticated estate planning strategies
- Prepare and review related tax returns
- Manage estate and trust administration, including probate and trust law
- Handle routine probate administrations from start to finish
