Job Description
We're looking for a motivated and confident Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who's passionate about connecting people with the right career opportunities and has experience in a process outsourcing (BPO) or similar fast-paced industry.
Requirements
- Source, screen, and prequalify candidates for various technical and professional roles
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Maintain and update candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Collaborate with senior recruiters to meet hiring goals and deadlines
- Contribute to team initiatives to improve recruitment strategies and candidate experience
