The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, experience in sheet metal fabrication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience operating CNC press brakes
• Ability to interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with materials like galvanized steel, aluminum, and stainless steel
• Proficient in using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and math skills
• Physically able to lift 50–75 lbs, stand for long periods, bend, twist, squat
• Comfortable working in both hot and cold environments
