Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper to join our administrative team. The ideal candidate will have 3 years of bookkeeping experience, proficiency in QuickBooks, and the ability to work independently with professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in bookkeeping, A/P, and A/R
- QuickBooks experience required
- Payroll and timekeeping support experience required
- Basic understanding of general ledger accounts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Strong math skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong sense of urgency and accountability
- Comfortable with using customer/vendor portals
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality in financial and personnel matters
- Excellent attendance and ability to work independently
- Team player with a professional, results-driven attitude
