Job Description
QualDerm Partners is seeking a Head of Analytics, AI to establish and scale their data analytics and AI capabilities. The role involves building a data analytics function, solving high-value business problems through analytics, machine learning, and AI, and ensuring a strong data/technology infrastructure. The leader will combine technical expertise with business creativity, contributing to both innovation and practicality.
Requirements
- 5–12+ years of experience in data analytics, AI/ML, or related fields
- At least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong track record of applying data and AI to solve business problems, ideally in healthcare services or related sectors
- Hands-on technical capability with data engineering, infrastructure, or cloud platforms
- Ability to identify high value use cases and build alignment
- Entrepreneurial mindset
- Preference for healthcare data exposure
