Team Lead & Senior Manager Controlling & Accounting role responsible for overseeing and developing central financial processes in a dynamic environment of renewable energies.

Requirements

• Leading and further developing a team of three employees in the field of controlling and accounting
• Responsibility for the creation and optimization of reports as well as the further development of reporting
• Coordination and creation of monthly, quarterly, and annual closings according to IFRS and HGB
• Ensuring the transfer of HGB data to IFRS data and coherence between controlling and accounting
• Steering of external accounting and bookkeeping
• Analysis, modeling, and optimization of business processes with a focus on automation and digitalization
• Implementation of new accounting software and processes as well as further development of market communication
• Professional responsibility for projects in new business fields (e.g. PPA, battery storage, Redispatch)
• Participation in department-crossing initiatives and projects
