Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Part Time

QuadMed is hiring a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Advance, NC. The ideal candidate will have a master's degree level program in Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant and a minimum of three years primary care practice experience.

Requirements

• Completed master's degree level Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university
• Minimum three (3) years primary care practice experience
• Ability to work independently
• Working with an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Active and unrestricted applicable licensure
• Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
• NPI & DEA
• Current National Board Certification
