Director, Investment Marketplaces

Rise is seeking a Director, Marketplaces to oversee the strategy, planning, and performance of retail media programs across eCommerce ecosystems. This role requires a leader with strong analytical and strategic skills, as well as experience managing a team and delivering compelling client strategies. The Director will guide client efforts, optimize performance, build relationships with marketplace partners, and develop a high-performing team.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in performance media, with 5+ years focused on retail/eCommerce marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Walmart, etc).
• Deep knowledge of retail media platforms (Amazon DSP, Pacvue).
• Advanced understanding of marketplace tactics including sponsored products and DSP ad formats
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using tools such as Skai, Pacvue and CommerceIQ
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, pacing, and attribution models.
