• Reporting changes in resident health and completing data sheets.
• Ensuring medication management program adheres to Blake standards and state regulations.
• Dispensing and maintaining resident medical records.
• Assisting with dining and activities.
• Assisting with resident engagement and well-being.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
