Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an accredited program (Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD) in a related field (Material Sciences Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Physics).
• Experience with epitaxy growth techniques (MOCVD and/or MBE).
• Experience with materials characterization techniques (X-ray diffraction, atomic force microscopy, and Hall/C-V).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Open-mindedness.
• Good communication skills.
