Java Technical Lead

We are hiring a Java Technical Lead with 7-12 years of experience. The role involves leading the design, development, and deployment of scalable cloud-native applications, mentoring teams, and integrating with various systems. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Core Java and experience with technologies like Spring Boot, AWS, and MongoDB.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Core Java (OOPs, data structures, multithreading, exception handling)
• Experience with Java frameworks (Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA)
• Proven track record of leading development teams or tech initiatives
• MQ Integration (IBM MQ, ActiveMQ, RabbitMQ, etc.)
• AWS deployment experience – EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudFormation, etc.
• MongoDB – indexing, aggregation, performance tuning
• Hands-on with CI/CD, Git, Docker, and cloud-native DevOps workflows
• Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills
