Senior Manager - Development Financial Analysis (RES8)

Seeking a Senior Manager – Development Financial Analysis to shape financial strategy for development projects within the Hospitality Team at Qiddiya Investment Company.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Hotel Management, Applied Mathematics, or a related field.
• 7–10 years of experience in investment analysis, feasibility studies, and financial modeling, preferably within hotels, real estate, or consulting.
• Advanced financial modeling skills and strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and other financial analysis techniques.
• Excellent commercial judgment, with the ability to influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and deliver clear, structured outputs.
