Senior Manager Commercial Payments (DEL 104)

Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Manager - Residential Projects to lead our residential developments in the exciting Qiddiya project.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; relevant professional certifications are a plus.
• Minimum of 9-12 years of experience in commercial management, focusing on residential projects.
• Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors
• Strong financial acumen with expertise in budget management and financial analysis.
• Demonstrated contract negotiation skills and experience managing complex agreements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong leadership and team management skills with effective communication capabilities.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with commercial management software and project management tools.
