The Senior Director of Planning Data & Analytics will shape our marketing strategy through data-driven insights and analytics, leading a team of analysts and data scientists to optimize campaigns and drive growth.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 12+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of using data and insights to drive marketing strategy and performance.
- Strong expertise in data analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Tableau, Google Analytics, SQL).
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear business strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and team management abilities, with strong communication skills to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Experience in the entertainment, tourism, or consumer goods industries is a plus.
