Director - Geotechnical (MAS5-20003552)

This Director role oversees all geotechnical and ground investigation activities at the Qiddiya Development. Responsibilities include leading the Cliff Stabilisation Roadmap, identifying geotechnical risks, and ensuring compliance with international standards. The role requires expertise in project management, geotechnical engineering, and stakeholder coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or development projects.
• Proven experience in project management, contract administration, and procurement within a complex development environment.
• Strong leadership, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
