Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field (Master's preferred)
- A minimum of 10-15 years of experience in major infrastructure or a similar field
- Demonstrated expertise in coordination of rights-of-way for large-scale projects
- Strong understanding of local regulations, legal processes, and compliance requirements regarding ROW
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations effectively
- Proficiency in project management and GIS software applications
