QGenda Technical Engineer

QGenda is seeking a Technical Engineer to join our Customer Experience organization. As a QGenda Support Engineer, you will provide high-quality support to customers, leveraging your technical expertise to solve complex cases and provide creative solutions. You will work closely with the Technical Account Management team and other teams within QGenda to deliver excellent customer service.

• Delivers optimal QGenda solutions for more complex cases with minimal technical and process guidance
• Manages appropriate customer expectations, adheres to Service Level Objectives, and achieves target cases consistently
