Job Description
The Director of Distinctive Collections is responsible for leading and overseeing the Division within QNL to ensure the stewardship of Qatar’s heritage and inspire discovery in the field of conservation and research. The role involves strategic planning, team leadership, collections management, program development, and collaboration with various organizations. This position requires a strong understanding of archival practices and access to diverse collection resources.
Requirements
- Lead, oversee and manage an effective operations, budget and human resources for the division.
- Lead, oversee and manage the development and delivery of the conservation, preservation, and heritage science functions for the physical collection.
