QED.ai is looking for a ScanForm HIV Care and Treatment Field Support Officer in Malawi to provide technical support to HIV service providers and district-level MOH officers with data quality monitoring and evaluation.
Requirements
- Residency in Malawi
- 5+ years of professional work experience working as a certified ART provider in Malawi
- 3+ years of experience working as an ART supervisor
- Certificate in clinical medicine or nursing
- Native fluency in both English and Chichewa
- Emotional intelligence and strong face-to-face communications skills
- Ability to listen carefully to clients and accurately relay their needs back to the team
- Strong logical reasoning and attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of ScanForm
- Ability to compose field reports and summaries
- Full-time employment of at least 40 hours per week
- Basic digital literacy with computers and smartphones, and interest in technology and learning new things
- Team-oriented attitude
