Market Lead, Cargo, Marine

The Market Lead, Cargo, Marine will be responsible for underwriting activities and P&L responsibility of the Hong Kong Marine Cargo portfolio. The role will involve managing a team of product specialists, underwriting complex insurance risks, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Has relationship management experience and communication skills with MTP in HK
• Analytical and research skills
• Great negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data use for decision-making
• Established customer/broker relationships
• Broad insurance industry knowledge
• Excellent understanding of class specific underwriting and development reinsurance knowledge
• Understanding of relevant market conditions
