Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team, handling inbound and outbound communications, and providing a seamless and high-quality customer experience.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Proficiency in using computer systems and customer service software
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
