Job Description
Q Hospice is seeking a Social Worker to work with an interdisciplinary team in the delivery of hospice care to patients and families. The ideal candidate has a Master's degree in Social Work and experience in hospice care, with good clinical skills and the ability to work independently and effectively communicate with a team.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited school
- Good clinical skills and ability to work independently
- Effective communication skills
- Knowledge of family and group treatment, community resources, and the dynamics of terminal illness, grief, and bereavement
- History working with Federal and state programs
