Job Description
The GTM Engineer will be responsible for building, implementing, and optimizing an AI outbound solution, focusing on performance tuning, automation, and data pipeline integration. This role involves creating scalable outbound systems to drive conversion rates and identify opportunities for growth. The engineer will collaborate with RevOps and other teams to improve lead scoring, routing, and overall marketing operations.
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations or GTM engineering / growth engineer / growth hacker roles at B2B SaaS companies
- Hands-on experience with automated outbound and marketing automation tools
- Strong technical skills - comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and vibe coding
- Experience with email deliverability best practices and cold outreach infrastructure
- Track record of building scalable outbound systems that drive pipeline
- Strong project management skills and ability to work cross-functionally
- Bonus: Experience with any outbound platforms (11x, Artisan, AiSDR, or similar), Clay, Salesforce
