DevOps Engineer

Join Pwrteams' fast-growing team as a DevOps Engineer and work on building and tuning cloud infrastructure, deploying applications to Kubernetes, and collaborating with developers and architects. Pwrteams provides premium IT and engineering nearshore solutions to global customers.

Requirements

• Strong experience with AWS services: EKS, EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, CloudFront, CloudFormation
• AWS networking knowledge: VPC, subnets, routing, security groups, Transit Gateway
• Strong understanding of AWS security best practices: IAM, least-privilege access, secrets management
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code: Terraform and AWS CDK (TypeScript preferred)
• Knowledge of Kubernetes architecture, deployment, scaling, networking, and security
• Hands-on experience with Helm Charts
• Experience with GitOps practices using ArgoCD and/or FluxCD
• Scripting skills: Bash and Python
• Experience with observability and monitoring tools: Datadog, CloudWatch, CloudTrail
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Experience with AWS Fargate
• Understanding of cloud cost optimization and resource efficiency
