Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist

Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a well-established manufacturing company in Athens, Greece. Responsible for defining sourcing strategies, supporting the recruitment process, and creating an excellent candidate experience.

Requirements

• BA degree in Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
• MA in Human Resources will be an asset
• Minimum 4-5 years of relevant working experience in Tech or Manufacturing industry
• Familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Strong experience with sourcing using internet job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek
• Excellent use of MS Office, especially Excel
• Very good communication skills
• Strong sense of integrity and accountability
• Willingness to take initiative and drive results
• Detail oriented personality with analytical thinking
• Very good planning and time-management skills
• Team player with a collaborative mindset
