We are looking for a team assistant to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. The team assistant will support lawyers in their daily work, including filing and maintaining documents, formatting and printing legal documents, and preparing case files.

Requirements

• Completed education in a commercial field, such as secretarial training, foreign languages, or something similar
• Experience in a law firm or office management
• Familiarity with digital working practices
• Organizational talent and ability to maintain composure in busy situations
• Prioritization skills and ability to work in a team
• Flexibility to work a late shift once a week
• English language skills
