Job Description
PurposeMed is seeking a proactive and business-minded Senior Legal Counsel to join their growing legal team. The role will involve navigating complex healthcare, privacy, and regulatory landscapes, working with both internal teams and external partners, and helping to shape the future of digital health compliance. This is a remote position open to candidates across the USA.
Requirements
- J.D. (or LL.B.) with admission to practice in a U.S. jurisdiction
- 6+ years of experience in health law, regulatory compliance, or healthcare transactions
- Hands-on experience advising telehealth, pharmacy, or multi-state healthcare organizations
- Deep understanding of HIPAA, state health laws, and 340B or pharmacy compliance
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills
