Job Description
Pure Storage is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering to lead a team and drive Enterprise Readiness for flashArray and FlashBlade products. This role involves leading engineering managers, developing testing strategies, and collaborating across multiple teams to deliver high-quality storage solutions. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with a deep understanding of R&D dynamics and a collaborative spirit.
Requirements
- 15+ years in Enterprise Products, with 8+ years of Leadership experience
- Proven track record driving Quality Engineering initiatives
- Experience growing an agile (Scrum) environment
- Experience in building and growing teams
- Technical hands-on leadership expertise in File System, Storage Ecosystem
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent
