Requirements

• You are organized, proactive and communicative, and your crew respects you.
• You have extensive electrical experience and a passion for solar.
• You know a lot, but you also understand that there is always a lot to learn.
• You have a proven track record of seeking out knowledge and training.
• You reference and remember what you read in the NEC Code Book.
• You lead by example, value efficiency and you never cut corners.
• Aesthetics are important to you (is that perfectly plumb and centered?).
• Homeowners and business owners love you because it's obvious that you care about them and their property.
• You measure twice (or more) and cut once.
• You understand the importance of preparing in advance and asking questions.
• You are looking to learn and grow with an ethical solar company that cares about its customers and employees.
