Custodian, Lead

As the Night Lead Custodian Crew Chief, you will ensure the cleanliness, safety and appearance of assigned buildings, plan and coordinate daily work assignments, and train, coach, support and supervise custodians. You will also interface with customers, maintain an inventory of custodial tools and supplies, and perform custodial duties to cover vacancies or special requests.

Requirements

• High school diploma/GED
• A valid US or Canadian driver's license
• 2 years of custodial experience with 4 years of total work experience
• 1 year of supervision experience
• Ability to read, write and speak English
• Ability to read, write and perform basic mathematics
• Good work organization ability
• Demonstrated leadership ability
• Ability to work well with others
