Requirements
- Recruits, selects, coaches, and develops team leadership, engineering, and support staff within the IT department.
- Works with senior leadership to develop team goals in line with department objectives.
- Builds and maintains strong partnerships with IT leadership.
- Conducts performance and development reviews per HR guidelines.
- May lead problem management teams comprised of senior engineering resources in solving high-complexity, high-impact enterprise issues.
- Manages vendor relationships with hardware and software solutions and tools.
- Translates and champions IT strategy to functional unit.
- Achieves financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective action within functional unit.
- Maintains organization's effectiveness and efficiency by supporting strategic plans for implementing and supporting information technologies.
- Assists with defining enterprise IT policies and procedures to ensure the protection of information assets.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Owns the technical implementation, configuration, and data governance for Google Analytics (GA4), Adobe Analytics, and Quantum Metric, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Designs, implements, and audits comprehensive tracking plans and tagging strategies (via Google Tag Manager or Adobe Launch) to capture all critical user interactions, conversion funnels, and business KPIs.
- Leverages the session replay, heatmapping, and frustration metrics within Quantum Metric to identify customer pain points, conversion bottlenecks, and technical errors in real-time.
- Proactively monitors data streams for discrepancies, troubleshoots tracking issues with development teams, and enforces quality assurance (QA) processes to maintain the highest level of data quality.
- Defines, develops, and maintains automated, executive-level dashboards and recurring reports in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Workspace that clearly communicate website performance and marketing ROI.
- Conducts rigorous analyses using advanced segmentation, funnel analysis, and attribution modeling to uncover root causes for trends in traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Partners with UX/Product teams to define hypotheses, measure the impact of A/B tests and site feature rollouts, and use data from all three platforms to create a continuous optimization roadmap.
- Serves as the trusted data advisor to Product Managers, Marketing Leaders, and Engineering teams, aligning measurement strategy with business objectives and providing data-driven recommendations.
- Provides mentorship and guidance to junior analysts, prioritizing their workload and fostering a culture of curiosity and data literacy.
- Translates highly complex technical and statistical findings into clear, concise, and compelling narratives and presentations for non-technical senior leadership.
