Job Description
Puffco is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative to connect with customers, address queries, and provide best-in-class support across various communication channels. The role focuses on excellent customer service, relationship building, and a passion for cannabis culture. Requirements
- 2-3 years experience in customer service, customer support
- Experience providing customer service via support ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Shopify etc)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail oriented
- Excellent written, verbal communication and analytical skills
- History of building and managing client relationships
- Self-directed and able to work under pressure
