Requirements

• 4 years of experience in campus recruitment, talent management, leadership development, or related HR roles
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• A strategic thinker with a passion for developing talent
• Proficient in using HR software and data analytics tools
• Proactive, results-oriented, and enjoy working in a collaborative environment
