Requirements

• At least 5 years' experience in business development, talent strategy, or programme management (ICT/human capital development a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders across industry, academia, and government
• Able to think critically and analytically to identify and conceptualise the most relevant intervention points for AI and frontier tech companies
• Strategic mindset with the ability to connect workforce needs to broader national policies and initiatives
