Assistant Manager / Manager, Digitalisation & Business Excellence

We are seeking an Assistant Manager / Manager, Digitalisation & Business Excellence to champion digital transformation and business process reengineering initiatives for the Talent Development division. The role will involve developing business use cases, leading digitalisation projects, and collaborating across divisions to drive process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Background in Engineering/Business Analytics or other related fields
• 2-5 years of working experience in a business intelligence/business process reengineering/data management role
• Experience in business process improvement and project management
• Experience with building RPA solutions and relevant certification in automation tools
