Job Description
Monitor and manage incidents related to cybersecurity and resilience of digital and info-communication networks and services in Singapore. Conduct root cause investigations and assist in developing regulatory frameworks.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent
- Preferably with at least 2-3 years’ experience in info-communication and media field
- Knowledge in cloud, digital and info-communication networks and associated technologies
- Strong analytical, writing and communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills
- Able to work on 12-hour shifts
