Assistant Director, Digital Literacy & Wellness

IMDA seeks an Assistant Director for Digital Literacy and Wellness to spearhead the strategic direction, development, and amplification of public education efforts to equip Singaporeans with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to navigate the digital world safely. The role involves supervising a team to produce impactful public education content, forging partnerships, and driving innovative strategies to broaden outreach and engagement across diverse communities.

Requirements

• Background in Communications, Public Policy, Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Demonstrated success in leading teams, managing cross-sector partnerships, and driving multi-channel communication campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience leveraging data analytics to evaluate program effectiveness and inform decision-making
