QA Team Lead - Automation

Join Public Group, a leading retail company, as a QA Team Lead - Automation. Lead the design, implementation, and execution of automated test frameworks to ensure quality and integrity of Public's web platform. Collaborate with Product, Development, and DevOps teams to ensure high-quality releases.

Requirements

• University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline
• 4+ years of experience in QA automation, with at least 1+ year in a leadership or mentoring role
• Solid hands-on experience with web automation frameworks such as Selenium and RestAssured
• Proven experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks from scratch
• Experience working with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins) and integrating automated tests into pipelines
• Strong knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Experience with REST APIs testing tools (e.g., Postman)
• Experience with issue and project tracking tools (Jira and the Atlassian product stack)
• Working knowledge of databases (SQL, MongoDB, InfluxDB) for backend validation
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to manage priorities, mentor team members, and drive quality ownership across teams
