Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in Application Support or Systems Support
- Knowledge of SQL / databases, Windows or Linux environments, APIs or integrations, and ITIL processes (incident, problem, change management) & Log analysis and monitoring tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in production environments
