Job Description
Public is seeking a highly motivated Member Support Specialist to provide exceptional service to valued members. This role involves interacting with members across various support channels, offering accurate information about Public’s features and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and advocating for feature requests. The specialist will also be a subject matter expert, resolving member issues and concerns.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in financial services
- Fully licensed, with 7 and 63 (or) series 7 and 66.
- High degree of comfort or ability to learn and leverage technology
- Professionally develop yourself and others
