We are looking for a Lead Software Developer to help medium-sized companies modernize their IT structures and establish them on a modern and secure foundation within the Public Cloud. The role involves technical leadership, delivery responsibility, and development of innovative web and app applications.
Requirements
- Several years of experience as a senior software developer or technical project leader with an active development background
- Fundamental knowledge of at least two modern backend stacks
- Secure handling of cloud environments (AWS, Azure or GCP), CI/CD (e.g. GitHub Actions) and infrastructure as code (Terraform)
- Experience in technical project management of project teams with a focus on code quality, delivery and collaboration
- Understanding of software architectures and modernization patterns
- Routine in dealing with data migrations and interest in further developing existing systems
- Enjoy direct communication with customers and interdisciplinary teams
- German on at least C1 level for sovereign communication in the project everyday life
