Job Description
PSEG Company is seeking a Turbine Services Supervisor for its PSEG Power subsidiary, PSEG Company. This role provides supervisory oversight for Turbine/Generator Services support personnel, including technical support to craft and line supervisors for outages and maintenance procedures. Responsibilities include budget development, maintenance/procedure revision, and managing contractor relationships. This position has a hybrid work schedule, including some remote work.
Requirements
- BS Degree and 4 years of Nuclear experience or HS Diploma and 7 years of relevant Nuclear experience.
- Knowledge of a commercial nuclear power plant (BWR or PWR).
- Previous outage experience/project administration.
- Ability to successfully manage employee relations and performance management.
- Demonstrated ability in directing/supervising personnel
- Demonstrated understanding of Collective Bargaining contracts and Union issues.
