Director of Crew Scheduling

PSA Airlines is seeking a Director of Crew Scheduling to lead and oversee the performance of the company's crew scheduling department. This role is responsible for ensuring safety, reliability, productivity, and operational efficiency, while also establishing strategic goals and ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies. The Director will partner with different departments to improve processes and work towards continuous improvement.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in crew scheduling or crew planning
• Previous experience in managing a crew scheduling or related department
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Experience in a crew management system and Microsoft Office software
• Ability to speak/read/write in English
• Authorized to work in the US
