Job Description
Pryon is seeking a Staff Engineer to lead the technical strategy and execution of a groundbreaking knowledge management and RAG platform. This role involves designing, architecting, and coding new initiatives, establishing strategic directions, providing technical leadership, and mentoring a team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering impactful features and a passion for leading technical initiatives.
Requirements
- Architect, design, and develop software enabling customer management of sustainability and efficiency.
- Develop new user-facing features.
- Troubleshoot and solve across platform.
- Recommend and maintain technical design methodologies.
- Set technical direction for their squad.
- Oversee development to ensure quality and timely delivery.
- Mentor and guide the team.
