Job Description
Pryon is a technology and language expert team specializing in AI and knowledge management. They are building a leading knowledge management platform utilizing proprietary NLP capabilities to transform unstructured data into meaningful experiences. This role will involve building internal solutions, experimenting with AI technologies, and translating business successes into impactful collateral.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional experience in software engineering, solutions/pre-sales engineering, or applied AI
- Proficiency in coding and scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or similar)
- Hands-on experience with AI/ML technologies (LLMs, NLP, RAG, orchestration)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to scope business value
- Experience measuring impact of technical solutions (productivity/efficiency gains)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Experience with UI/UX development for internal tools
