Requirements

• Hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment in a startup or scale-up
• Ability to hire at a very high talent bar and work with selective hiring teams
• Exceptional sourcing instincts and ability to identify talent others might overlook
• Organized, autonomous, and eager to improve systems and processes that scale
• Ability to communicate clearly, act decisively, and work well with demanding stakeholders
