Job Description
The ideal candidate will have a proven record of success in senior living sales. Experience in Independent Living villa sales and/or senior living new development is highly desirable. This role has been created to support continued growth and expansion, allowing the Sales Director to build upon an existing, successful community while contributing to its future development.
Requirements
- Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two-year college or technical school and a minimum of 4 year(s) related experience and/or training
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university and a minimum of 2 years related experience and/or training
- Three (3) years of successful sales experience in related industry with two (2) years sales and marketing experience with actual on-site experience in an Assisted Living, Independent Living, or Memory Care community
