Job Description
Provident is seeking a dynamic Real Estate Development Intern to assist with a range of projects, from market research to project coordination and government review. This part-time or internship position offers valuable learning experiences, contributing to the successful execution of real estate development projects. Interns will have flexibility to work additional hours based on business needs.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled as a Senior or Graduate-level college student pursuing a degree in Real Estate Development, Finance, Economics, Construction Management, Community Development, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of financial modeling and analysis commonly used in acquisition work.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Coachable, Driven, and Eager to learn.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, strategic planning, and project management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
